This four-grain straight bourbon whiskey undergoes a distinctive aging process that begins in white oak barrels, and then transitions to resting in Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels for the final three months. At 100 proof, this bourbon offers a bold and flavorful experience. Crafted with a blend of corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley, it presents a complex and well-rounded taste profile with the characteristics of each grain shining through. The influence of the Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels adds a layer of nuanced flavors, imparting hints of red fruit and oak to the whiskey. The result is a harmonious combination of grain-forward notes with the added dimension of the wine barrel finishing, creating a truly remarkable and memorable bourbon whiskey.
